PRIVATE COUNSELING is for you if you prefer privacy.

Group counseling is a form of psychotherapy that involves four to ten clients and with one or two experienced group therapists. Therapy groups meet every week at the same time for ninety minutes. During that time, the members of the group discuss the issues that are concerning them and offer each other support and feedback.
