shadow and soul

This isn’t your average “medical history” form. While you still need the basics, these questions are designed to bypass the False Ego and speak directly to the Shadow and the Soul.

“Mapping the territory before the journey begins.”

1. The Current Chapter
  • The Title: If your life over the last six months were a book, what would the title be?

  • The Protagonist: Do you feel like the main character in your own life right now, or are you a supporting character in someone else’s story?

2. The Shadow’s Whisper
  • The “Illegal Rule”: What is one “rule” you live by that you never actually agreed to? (e.g., “I must never make people angry,” or “I am only valuable if I am busy.”)

  • The Hidden Room: If there was one part of your history or personality that you are most afraid of “bringing to the table,” what is the general theme? (e.g., Anger, Shame, Grief, Ambition).

3. The Body’s Alarm
  • The Sensation: When you feel overwhelmed or “triggered,” where do you feel it in your body first? (e.g., Tight throat, heavy chest, cold hands).

  • The Silence: Was there a time in your life (like during bullying or trauma) where you felt you had to “mute” your voice to stay safe?

4. The Soul’s True North
  • The Resonance: When was the last time you felt “time-less”—where you were so aligned with what you were doing that you forgot to check the clock? What were you doing?

  • The Three Values: If all your responsibilities were stripped away for one week, what three things would you spend your energy on?

5. The Outcome
  • Beyond “Better”: We aren’t just looking to feel “less bad.” If we were sitting here one year from now and our work together was a massive success, what is the one thing that would be different about the way you see yourself?

Practitioner’s Note:

“When a client fills this out, don’t just look at the words. Look at the gaps. If they skip the ‘Shadow’ question, that is exactly where the work begins. If they can’t answer the ‘Resonance’ question, their Soul is currently muffled by the survival brain.”
