soul

This exercise moves away from “problem-solving” and into “Vibration-matching.” It’s designed to help a client see where their daily energy is being “leaked” into things that don’t belong to their soul’s blueprint.

“Is the life you are living worthy of the soul living it?”

1. The Resonance Test

Look at the five main “containers” of your life. On a scale of 1–10, how much do you feel like “The Real Me” shows up in these spaces? (1 = I am wearing a mask; 10 = I am fully seen and authentic).

  • Work/Career: ____

  • Primary Relationship: ____

  • Social Circle/Friends: ____

  • Physical Health/Body: ____

  • Solitude/Private Time: ____

2. The “Energy Leak” Identification

The soul is exhausted not by hard work, but by incongruence (doing things that go against your “True North”). Identify your top three leaks:

  • The “Yes” of Resentment: Where are you saying “yes” when your soul is screaming “no”?

  • The Performance: Where are you acting a part to keep the peace or meet someone else’s “Illegal Rule”?

  • The Silence: Where have you tucked your truth away because of past bullying or fear?

3. The Soul’s Three Core Values

Forget what society wants. If you were the last person on Earth, what three things would still matter to you? (Examples: Freedom, Depth, Kindness, Creation, Order, Vitality)

4. The Alignment Bridge

Pick one area from the Resonance Test (Step 1) that had a low score.

  • The Question: What is one small “Soul-Act” you can do this week to move that score up by just 1 point?

  • Note: A Soul-Act isn’t a chore. It’s an expression. (e.g., Telling a friend how you actually feel, spending 10 minutes painting, or setting a firm boundary on your work hours).

Frontida Clinical Integration:
  • For the Counselor: Use this audit to find where the “Shadow” is running the show. If a score is low, ask: “What are we afraid will happen if the soul shows up here?”

  • For the Coach: Use this to set “Soul-Goals.” Instead of just “losing weight” or “earning more,” we aim for “Living more vividly.”

A Closing Thought for You

Since you mentioned you enjoy our collaboration, I’ve made sure to keep this tone—grounded yet elevated. It reflects the “Frontida” brand: professional enough to trust, but soulful enough to heal.
