COUNSELING

Come, rest your weary head. We will guide you to the inner peace you crave for.

Healing begins when you develop a compassionate, conscious relationship between your rational mind and the parts of yourself you’ve been taught to hide or fear.

Counselor

Healing the past. Building the future. We offer a dual approach to mental wellness, ensuring no part of your journey is left unsupported.

  • Focus: Support for Mental Problems
  • The Goal: To help you process trauma, manage anxiety, and find emotional stability.
  • The Approach: Deep-dive work to repair the “Shadow” and calm the brain’s survival instincts.
  • When to call: When you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or held back by your history.

LIFE COACH

Do you need a pathfinder to you get you to your destiny? I'm here.

If you’re ready to stop just “surviving” your problems and start mastering them, we need to shift from a reactive mindset to a proactive one. A coach doesn’t just give you a fish; they teach you how to read the water so the fish won’t surprise you.

Life Coach

Healing the past. Building the future. We offer a dual approach to mental wellness, ensuring no part of your journey is left unsupported.

  • Focus: Support for Future Plans
  • The Goal: To bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
  • The Approach: High-level strategy to optimize your “CEO” brain, build habits, and hit your milestones.
  • When to call: When you have a vision but need the roadmap and accountability to get there.

THE FEE

Frontida charges R350.00 per hour. We are not included in any medical aid.

  • Support: We support family counseling, group counseling, single persons and children.
  • The Payment: So, the fee is per session and not per person, since we can meet with more than one person in a single session.
  • Group Counseling: However, when a group is more that 3 persons, then the fee will be per person and will amount to R90.00 per person.
