This Progress Tracker is a powerful visual and psychological tool. In the “big tree” of the mind, it can be hard for a client to feel like they are moving. This tracker turns abstract soul-work into tangible “mile markers.”

It moves away from the clinical “Are you less depressed?” and toward the Frontida goal: “Are you more alive?”

A tool for tracking resonance, integration, and agency.

The Monthly Check-In

Score each area from 1 (Muffled/Disconnected) to 10 (Clear/Integrated).

The Pillar Month 1 Month 2 Month 3 The Goal
Shadow Presence Moving from Hiding to Witnessing.
Vocal Agency Moving from Silence to Speaking Truth.
Somatic Peace Moving from Survival/Alarm to Calm/Grounding.
Ego Stability Moving from Fragile/Masked to Authentic/Solid.
Soul Alignment Moving from Obligation to Resonance.

The “Shadow-to-Light” Log

Use this section to track specific “incidents” that have been brought to the table.

  • Named & Released: (List the specific incidents the client has spoken aloud and “banned” from their mind’s active power).

    • Example: “The 2015 Workplace Bullying” — Status: Neutralized.

    • Example: “The Core Shame of Failure” — Status: Integrating.

The Agency Journal (The “Voice” Tracker)

Track the small wins where the client “reclaimed their voice” in the real world.

  • Week 2: Said “No” to an extra weekend task without apologizing.

  • Week 5: Shared a true feeling with a partner instead of “freezing.”

  • Week 8: Identified the “Internalized Bully” mid-sentence and stopped it.

The Practitioner’s Reflection (For You)

At the end of each month, ask the client:

“Last month, you were carrying [X] in your Shadow. This month, that space is empty. What new, positive energy are you going to put in that space?”

Why this works:

It proves to the client that the “big chunk” they bit off is actually being digested. It takes the “Exciting Challenge” of their life and gives it a score, making the invisible work of the soul visible.
